New figures have been added to Chapter 4 (pdf, 188KB) to illustrate changes in image size and perspective, and work is proceeding on Chapter 9: 

 Tentative Title for Chapt. 9:

 Coming to terms with real (compound) camera lenses

(Nodal planes, entrance pupil, stops, and all that)

I expect to be able to post Chapter 9 in a couple of weeks.
